RETURN POLICY

Receipt Requirement

A valid receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. The receipt must be presented within 7 days from the purchase date.

Certain restricted items (e.g., alcoholic beverages) are excluded from returns and exchanges.

Returned or exchanged products must be unused and in their original condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

Perishable Goods: (e.g., fresh produce, meat, seafood, prepared foods, dairy products) can be returned or exchanged within 2 days of purchase.

Electronics: Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Warranty services and repairs are available through the manufacturer within this period.

Customers may be asked to present a valid ID (e.g., government-issued ID card) when processing returns or exchanges.
